The DIAVAL INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD plant of roofed 2500 sq. m., is placed in DHAWARD (India) and integrates the manufacturing processes of casting, machining, lining and coating, pre-assembly, tests and painting all supported by our specialised engineers working with the latest techniques of design. The factory lay out is comprehensive of a main machining area using a modern NCN station and dedicated lathes, a complete rubber lining facility where all diaphragms and linings are made using our unique polymer technology, assembly lines, testing facilities and painting cabs. A team of design engineers and Quality personnel are based in the plant to provide permanent link with our Spanish Head Quarters where other complementary activities such as design, assembly, testing, valve modification, stock and sales are conducted.
