Diaphragm Valves are widely used in secondary circuits in H.V.A.C (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) installations. The fluid media maybe cold water (i.e cooling towers) or hot water (i.e condensate, steam heated water..).

The main advantage of using Diaphragm Valves in lieu of conventional isolating valves such as ball valves or butterfly Valves is found on the ease of maintenance. Given the valve design simplicity, the bonnet assembly can be unbolted and lifted up to replace the damaged or worn down diaphragm without removing the valve body from the pipe.

An inexpensive brand new diaphragm restores the full valve service thus easing maintenance and reducing plant down to minimum time.

The valves are used on the isolating lines, the flexible diaphragm ensures full leak tight without seat damage even with no up stream strainers placed in the installation.
