The device consists of a Fluoropolymer made cap with either a padlock or a seal that prevents undesired valve operations.
Standard cap material is made in polipropylene, which is highly resistant to atmospheric attack and abrassion and is available in different colours and all valve sizes.
The system is also extensive to other type of handwheel operated valves.
