Also suited to the handling of erosive and abrasive applications, the oversized bonnet ensures unobstructed full bore while providing minimal pressure drop.The resultant velocity reduction makes the valve more abrasion resistant.Operating the valve is also made easier because of oversized handwheel.The valve is so designed that when fully open it is self cleaning.It is the best choice for dirty, contaminated and powder media. Slurries are efficiently handled by the Full Flow Valve design. Similar to Straight Through valves, the larger valve stroke restricts the use of diaphragms to rubber compounds only. |
